Yoga and become a Relax and Renew Trainer®. The training is 20

Requirements:
To become a Relax and Renew Trainer® it is necessary to attend all
class sessions during the week, to submit a paper which will be assigned
in the workshop, and to submit three case studies within one month of completing
the workshop. Upon the successful completion of all requirements, you will
be able to call yourself a Relax and Renew Trainer®. It is also possible
to take the workshop just for personal learning without fulfilling the
extra requirements for the Relax and Renew Trainer®
