I believe yoga is a powerful tool for transformation. A lifelong athlete, after taking my first yoga class in 2001, I started to notice the physical potential of yoga for strength, opening, and alignment. I began to unravel a level of learning that went beyond my brain and even my body; yoga was beginning to show me a quiet inside for which, unbeknownst to me, I had been longing. I am curious about exploring the balance between movement and stillness, strength and fluidity, discipline and spontaneity, inner peace and outer confidence.
Aleatsae has completed more than 500 hours of yoga education. Her classes are relaxed and personable with careful attention to anatomy, alignment, safety, and the student’s personal needs. Her approach is warm and non judgmental and inspired by her studies of Non Violent Communication, the language of life, compassion, and empathy.
