Marilyn Lindgren
| Marilyn has practiced yoga since 1981 and has taught adults and children. She has completed 400 hrs. toward her 500-hr certification with Yoga Yoga in Austin, TX, and is also working toward her 500-hr certification in Viniyoga with Gary Kraftsow (2008-2009.In addition to her Relax and Renew certification, she holds two 200-hr yoga teacher certifications (one from the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre and the other from Yoga Yoga, Austin, TX.) She has also studied with Donna Farhi and Srivasta Ramaswami. She especially enjoys instructing beginners and mature adults in Viniyoga, gentle yoga, and restorative yoga. She has had extensive experience teaching children. She is fluent in Spanish.
