Restorative yoga provides a sacred space to surrender all worries and anxieties. During class, you will be invited to let go, relax, and connect with your true Self. As you relax, you will sink into the blankets and other props that support you; the props literally do all the work as you deepen your stillness. Experience the bliss of Restorative Yoga.
